The employee was putting away the pallets..

What happened

The employee was putting away the pallets while going trough the loading dock exit he didn’t realize another pallet was behind him and he hit his foot with it and fell backwards. He was complaining of pain and the team leader sent him home he decided to go to the hospital since he was having to much pain. This happened on a [REDACTED] so the office was closed and we were informed until [REDACTED] by the Supervisor of the area.
