Associate was selecting in the freezer with his gloves on and had his scanner on his right index finger when first break rolled around at [REDACTED] he took his glove off and noticed his right index finger was white and stiff He notified his manager and the manager showed him a better way to wear his scanner associate felt his finger get better and continued working when the shift was over the associate went home and the pain and swelling came back he then notified his manager through text message that his finger was not feeling better
