Climbing through the roof hatch.

What happened

I climbed through the roof hatch to access the roof for my inspection. As I was coming out of the hatch my right work boot got caught on something at the top of the ladder. My body and left foot was out and I bringing my right foot out to step onto the roof and as I did my right boot got caught on something and I fell to the right onto the roof and my right ankle hit the roof hatch. - [REDACTED]
