The helper step unto the left rear step with his left foot and place his right foot unto the hopper lip. The hopper 's carrier blade was traveling down at the same time making contact the helper 's upper leg region. This resulted in swelling to the helper 's right ankle. He was diagnose with a Tibial fracture at the local MD now clinic.
