RESIDENT RAN HIS POWER CHAIR OFF ONE SIDE OF THE TRANSPORT VAN LIFT. TRIED TO BACK HIM UP WITH THE REMOTE OF POWER CHAIR WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT. TRY TO MOVE FRONT OF CHAIR TO GET HIM UNSTUCK AND LEFT RIB POPPED REALLY LOUD AND INSTANT PAIN.
