ADMINISTERING MEDICATION TO A RESIDENT. SHE LEANED FORWARD WHILE ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS. WHEN SHE STRAIGHTENED BACK TO A VERTICAL STANDING POSITION HER BACK POPPED WHICH WAS HEARD OUTSIDE THE ROOM. EMPLOYEE WAS IMMEDIATELY IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND WAS UNABLE TO STAND WITH STRAIGHT POSTURE.
