Training a new person on the crane and observing the employee while using the crane.

The trainer was training a new employee on crane use and went to remove the coil sling from the coil when the person training looked away the trainer accidently dropped the end of the coil sling then as he when to pick up the sling the training employee pushed the button on the remote to continued moving coil. These actions caused the trainers finger to become caught between the coil sling and the coil.
