What happened

After flipping a toggle switch the Affected Employee went to turn and took a step to their left when they experienced acute pain in their lower right back. The pain was enough to cause the Affected Employee to kneel on the catwalk. Affected Employee was setting up the Planer pre-shift with another Team Member. The Affected Employee stated they did not perform any strenuous activities during set-up. The most laborious activity the Affected Employee engaged in that [REDACTED] was closing the dust abatement chutes for the Planer (the injury did not occur while performing this task). The other Team Member witnessed the Affected Employee go down and asked the Affected Employee if they were alright. The Affected Employee stated they didn 't know. The other Team Member assisted the Affected Employee to the Planer Breakroom. The Affected Employee sat in the Planer Breakroom until the Safety Facilitator learned of the event and checked in on them. The Affected Employee stated that they were exp
