What happened
Associate was loading freight into Door 56 While another associate was standing in between the dock doors talking. The associate that was loading proceeded to grab a pallet of couches which was on two pallets. The Loading associate misjudged the length of the pallet which resulted in freight being pushed in the direction of the standing associate and pinning their foot between the pallet and the angle iron.
