WENT TO STEP OUTSIDE EXTERIOR DOOR ON THE [REDACTED] HALL AND DECIDED TO COME BACK INSIDE. WHEN EMPLOYEE DECIDED TO COME BACK INSIDE SHE STEPPED INTO SOME WATER ON THE GROUND AND SLID DOWN TO HER RIGHT KNEE. RIGHT KNEE HIT THE GROUND AND KNEE BLED.
