What happened

a planer mill forklift operator transported a selfemptying hopper to the shipping area to be vacated Once arriving to the dumpster the operator raised the hopper to position in front of and over the dumpsters edge The operator exited the forklift and walked around to the right side of the lift to disengage the hoppers dumping latch mechanism Once the latch was disengaged the hopper appeared stationary The operator then walked towards the front of the hopper to rock the hopper forward th
