Before the incident

Worker was hand loading a large boxed TV onto a pallet when other worker assisting dropped their end causing her to lose balance twisting her left knee hamstring.

What happened

When the assisting worker dropped one end of the boxed TV she lost her footing and twisted her left knee hamstring trying to maintain her balance.

Injury or illness

Left knee sprain. She was returned to work status with restriction of brace and accommodations of sitting for periods of time. She has follow up appointments and Physical Therapy.
