Rounding and Placing Dough

What happened

Team member was taking apart dough rounder. Team member grabbed the dough rounder screw from the center with two hands and lifted the rounder screw upwards and out. As the team member did this their right hand slipped off and screw came down and smashed their middle finger between the edge of the screw and the rounder drum. This caused a laceration and bleeding.
