What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] showed up to the dock office with his hand bleeding. He told me he had crushed his hand between his pallet jack and the wall on trailer 224. I told [REDACTED] to sit down while I called the triage nurse after he sat down he said he was feeling Dizzy and he was going to pass out. He turned pale and fell to the floor and hit his head. At that point. I called [REDACTED] and the EMS showed up [REDACTED] had woke up by that time and spoke to EMTs and he refused treatment after the EMTS left I sent [REDACTED] to Concentra.
