What happened

[REDACTED]: I deliver kegs and had to take the keg down the stairs. I lifted the150 lb keg to put it on the rail and on my 4th one I felt a pulling in my hip glutes area and my leg went numb for 5 minutes. There is intermittent tingling alternating between both legs.
