Per the employee 's incident report. Employee was selecting cases in the freezer. At the end of his shift he removed his gloves and noticed that both middle fingers on his left and right hand were swollen and EE began to feel pain. Concentra Clinician Diagnoses: Frostbite to right and left hand initial encounter (see supporting documentation).
