3 finger amputation. Middle three fingers were sheered off while attempting to replace the mud cup. The truck was supposed to be deenergized and it is a two man job this was being performed by himself. The machine turned on his fingers got caught between the piston and the mud cup and sheering his 3 middle fingers off.
