What happened

Team Member was assisting in strapping a pallet of reject door skins the pallet was unstable and began to fall over way from team member. Team member lunged towards pallet in a effort to stabilize pallet while the plastic banding broke due to the stress of the weight of material causing banding to strike team member in the lip.
