Employee was near a forklift the operator starting moving and didnt notice how close he was to the employee standing. The edge of the rear tire of the forklift began to roll over the employees right foot. After the employee went to Concentra it was observed that nothing was broken and there was only swelling to the area EE Statement: Forklift read tire rolled onto left side of right foot
