Employee: I was working on a machine that required a pan to be lifted to empty it and I suddenly got a sharp pain down my groin area and stronger towards the left side. Supervisor: [REDACTED] was running machine 625 without a conveyor. He was lifting catch pans with parts and after time went by he was feeling discomfort in the groin area.
