Employee states hands have been hurting since they started with [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Employee reported to HR Cell Lead and Previous Nighttime supervisor and no corrective action was taken or reported to SHE. [REDACTED] employee brought to Nighttime supervisors attention and never reported to Safety. Employee notified HR 9 26 and HR notified SHE. High station compressed air with hands and wrist movement is irritating the employee. Employee elected to attempt rotation rather than clinic Travcare and was moved to a line without compressed air and lower ergonomics risk. Employee has been fine with move and no complaints. Employee continued to complain of pain and sent to clinic
