What happened

Associate was going into the truck to grab a PK 16 material off the truck at the time of the incident. The truck was not backed up enough leaving some gap between the building and the truck which caused his leg to slip through the gap between the truck and the wall. In the process of using his hands to support his body from falling into the hole he strained his left shoulder.
