Removing filter bag from coolant cannister

What happened

Employee was removing a filter bag from the canister on the back end of [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). Employee had their left hand on the opening of canister and pulled the bags handle the bag was full of chips and the handle broke away. Once the handle broke the metal cage impacted the employees left ring finger causing a deep laceration. Employee was not wearing gloves at time of incident.
