Before the incident

EE was offloading mesh panels from the 3401 [REDACTED] utilizing a Taylor lift. After stacking the panel successfully the EE lifted the stongback. At that time the chain rigging was caught on an overhang from one of the panels. The EE proceeded to exit the Taylor lift and free the rigging with a crowbar. Once the chain was freed the rigging hook swung and struck the EE finger.
