What happened

The employee was involved in a conversation with another employee and not facing the workstation. When the employee turned around to start spacing the pizzas they realized the pizzas piled up and needed to be removed. The employee grabbed several pizzas at one time and got their hand caught in the conveyor trying to remove and shelf the pizzas.
