Before the incident

Getting full bourbon barrels down out of upper level rick storage using a pneumatic lift ricker machine.

What happened

Employee thought full barrel was clear from the lift platform however it was hung. Employee engaged lift platform to raise back up to retrieve next barrel when the previous barrel fell from approx. 6 inches onto the top of employee 's left foot.
