What happened

[REDACTED] was making a routine delivery to a customer. The customer had marked that there was a dog present at the location. [REDACTED] looked around the area in the safety of the vehicle to see if the dog was outside. [REDACTED] didnt see any indication that the dog was outside while he was there. [REDACTED] was placing the package on the doorstep and the dog came out from the side of the house and chased [REDACTED] back to the van. While chasing [REDACTED] the dog was able to bite into [REDACTED] rear end and broke the skin.
