Before the incident

I was over by the mixing machine on line one in FperiodPperiod and I was filling carts with chicken and pushing themperiod

What happened

I was filling carts with chicken and pushing them and i was pushing two carts to the back and when I went to get the third cart I hit the slime on the floor that dripped out of machine and slammed my knee on the floor then my arm slung around towards the cart and hit my wrist on my left hand full forceperiod
