EE alleges that [REDACTED] she was organizing the freezer and there was wrapped prosciutto on the top shelf when she moved a milk crate that they are stored it teetered off the top and smashed her L middle finger between the shelf and the prosciutto crate. EE states that she has swelling and cannot bend her finger her fingernail is discolored and throbbing in her L middle finger. EE states that she was waring a winter mitten when the incident occurred.
