Before the incident

Unloading steel on a flatbed traier with a skid loader. Had to set steel on a boad to get the forks under.

What happened

When he moved the steel to put it on the pallet it had a bur on the outside and cut through cutting his finger. It cut through his PPE (gloves) and cut his right middle finger.

Injury or illness

Laceration to his right middle finger. Cleaned up in house and takein to Morris County Health Departmetn where he recieved 6 stitches. Stitches were later taken out at Morris County Health Department on 1 16 2023.
