Pulling glass to get ready to take to the chopper

What happened

Pulling glass when a hot bead of glass came out of the left side of the bushing. Didn 't notice the end of the bead was with a point. It went through green rubber gloves and 3 other pairs of gloves. Tried to bend finger and the glass broke into pieces. Some of the glass was removed but not all.

Left middle hand - knuckle area - glass broke off deep in hand - couldn 't remove all glass by first aid.
