Moving a bin to the retail floor.

What happened

While moving a bin cart to the retail floor their foot caught one of the wheels causing them to fall and strike head on floor. Appeared to be unconscious for a short while. Emergency care was called and they were transported while awake. They checked themself out once at hospital and tried to return to work immediately.
