What happened

[REDACTED] was trying to get in to bed from left side of bed without the use of sideboad or gaitbelt paitent said he was able to get in to bed from that side . p[REDACTED] had right leg up on bed and was half on bed half on wheel chair . I caught him from falling on the floor by holding him up by left arm until help arrived . p[REDACTED] said that they normal get in on the other side of bed without issuse. p[REDACTED] was able to transfer with no assists from bed to commode and back to bed .
