Injured Employee ([REDACTED]) was pulling on a banding strap to free it from an empty pallet. EE#2 attempted to assist and picked up a box cutter. [REDACTED] held the strap tight and braced the pallet with his left hand while EE#2 slashed at the strap. EE#2 swung too high and caught [REDACTED] 's bracing hand.
