EE was at [REDACTED] 5 Around 7 cases left of the 95 for this [REDACTED] 327 out of 758 for day he was walking back to his trailer with an empty hand cart EE says that he was walking on flateven surface without any noticeable cracks or potholes EE took a step with his left foot and felt pain in the area of his Achilles This pain caused him to stumble and nearly fall He caught himself on his handcart and avoided going to the ground When he stumbled he took a step with his right leg and felt pain in his right knee EE called into a Supervisor right away It is noted that EE was wearing proper footwear and it was still in good condition
