While walking my pallet jack down aisle 52 by slot 5166801 inside of the cooler my left back ankle was hit by my pallet jack I felt a sharp pain I stopped working and took of my shoe Then I continued to work after walking on my left foot but the pain got worse Then I came and reported it to management
