What happened

I knock on front door then was waiting for answer as the customer was opening the door 3-4 dogs came to door jumping at the door then the screen door was pushed open and all the dogs came out and was being very aggressive I was walking backwards to try make it back over the gate then a big dog came out and attacked and bit right forearm then it released and I jump back over the gate
