Associate was tightening the jack bolt on the back of line 13 position 131MB after the pack was changed He was using a torque wrench and the wrenched slipped off and he hit his hand on the DP gauge bracket on the back of the cabinet cutting his pinky finger on the right hand Supervisor was called to the third floor Associate removed his glove and his hand was bleeding Associate wrapped his finger in a white WipeAll Towels and informed supervisor he was going to the hospital Associate left premise Supervisor checked both the wrench socket and the jack bolt neither appeared to be stripped or rounded
