What happened

[REDACTED] was stacking cases to consolidate them all onto one pallet to deliver to the hospital. He was walking in the trailer he doesn 't remember if he was carrying cases when his right foot caught on a pallet. He fell to the ground twisting to the left landing on his back. He felt a tightening in his inner thighs that became worse overnight limiting his mobility.
