What happened

[REDACTED] was grabbing boxes from back of trailer freezer section. He had the freezer ramp pulled out. He In the back of the trailer breaking down a pallet and preparing for delivery. As he was turning around to put boxes on the ramp he pivoted his right leg stepped in the gap and left knee hit the platform as he was descending down. The right leg went into the hole between the ramp and the freezer section of the trailer. Driver was able to pull himself out of the hole. Body was hung into place
