I received a text message from EE stating that the previous [REDACTED] he had manually doffed the roll on loom 400 and had felt a pop in his left shoulder He stated he didnt think much about it and kept working but the pain increased [REDACTED] Observed nothing from the previous [REDACTED] Instructed EE to see plant nurse for evaluation Nurse gave EE supplies to treat conservatively and follow up on [REDACTED]
