What happened

Operator lost control of a RM drum as he was retrieving it off the pallet with the barrel truck. The drum fell to the floor in a vertical position. The lead used the forklift to try to stand the drum upright. The drum slipped from the forks and pinched the operator 's pointer finger on the right hand.
