Before the incident

Employee was preparing to do a wash on product that was in a wash vessel.

What happened

While preparing wash product in wash vessel #7 employee reached over to get the decant hose hanging on wash vessel #4. While reaching over to grab hose employee stepped back and onto a part of the hose causing him to lose his balance. Employee did not fall but caught himself by doing so employee felt like he pulled a muscle on the back of his right knee.
