What happened

Employee heard a bed alarm going off she went to check it out. Upon entering the resident room resident had gotten out of bed and was almost to hallway. She was coaxing Resident back to bed and when they went to turn around Resident lost their balance so employee got them by the arm to save them from falling and Resident went slack and employee caught all the Resident body weight.
