Associate reported her right wrist and back of neck is hurting She stated this has been going on for a few days but [REDACTED] the pain is unbearable. She stated that she feels she has been put to work on her own since she started to work She did not report anything because she thought it was normal to feel this since she has never creeled before. I observed that her veins on her right wrist are swollen. She states she cannot carry anything on her right hand because of how much it hurts. The associates neck seems like a bump on where the associate is stating that it hurts She stated that the yarn on Machine 14 was heavy I went to weigh the yarn which weighs about 12 pounds which is the average weight She is still in training and she has been here for 3 weeks She stated since she been in training on 3rd shift she has been creeling and tying on her own.
