What happened

Team member was charting at the desk when another aide called him for help. When he walked in the resident was already agitated. His briefs were soaked and the team member stood him up and the other aide took his briefs off to put a new one on. when she was helping him the resident pushed the aide team members caughter her. Resident out out team member 's dexcom and hit team member in teh face. His eye swelled up so went to ER. The resident has later stages of dementia as he is memory care unit.
