What happened

team [REDACTED] works home health. Was workign with a cleinet and go the ere the resident was walking to the bathroom. He wasn 't able to walk. TEam member was trying to keep him from falling and lowered him. [REDACTED] and the client 's wife tried to lift him up but he was dead weight. Client 's wife called the ambulance tsince they could not lift him up. Her upper body back and arms hut because of hte strain of trying to hold him and lowering him.
