I JUST FINISHED LOADING MY TRUCK WITH TAG OUTS AND STEPPED OUT TO GET MY PALLET JACK TO PUT IN MY TRUCK. AS I CENTERED MYSELFWITH THE JACK ALONG WITH THE TRUCK I LOOKED TO MY LEFT TO SEE IF I WAS CLEAR. BEFORE I KNEW IT A FORKLIFT WITH A FULL PALLET CAME AND HIT ME ON MY LEFT SIDE OF MY BACK.
