Before the incident

Checking the 2 roll on refining line 2. He walked up approximately six stairs to make sure the product was mixing correctly.

What happened

When descending the staircase employee maintained 3 points of contact employees foot slipped out from under him and he slid down about 4 stairs. When he slid he continued to hold into the railing. Immediately after he stopped he grabs his left shoulder and arm.
