Employee was glass handling on line 3 and reached for a case on the highest layer of the pallet and when they came down with the box felt a sharp pain in the shoulder. Worked with ergonomic specialist who determined still had full strength in the shoulder muscles but any movement at or above shoulder level caused pain.
